Staff: A science student listed as a former guitarist for Kazakhstan heavy metal band DLM has been sentenced to two years for running websites that distributed viruses… for attacking computers… like yours.

But there’s a catch. Sergey Kazachkov won’t spend one minute in Voronezh’s jail. Sentence suspended with no fines.

Oh well. At least he gets a year’s worth of probation.

Now that Sergey’s a certified bad boy, perhaps DLM will take him back. But it doesn’t look good. Sergey seems to be missing from DLM’s current bio.
