CDT has declared open warfare on a company that sues anyone that calls its “adware” anything else, like “spyware,” by demanding that the FTC shut 180solutions down.
If 180solutions should meet its maker, much credit will be owed to 180’s most dogged pursuer, Ben Edelman. Edelman has documented virtually every technique used by 180 and explaining the impact of 180’s actions in a way that even FTC investigators could understand.
